receive bid documents. Provide secretariat or logistical guide throughout the bid
consideration and contracts conclusion process. Compile draft archives as
required. Render logistical aid services. Place orders for goods. Receive
and affirm items from suppliers. Capture items in registers database. Receive
request for items from give up users. Issue items to quit users. Maintain goods
registers. Update and hold register of suppliers.
