SALARY : R424 104 per annum (Level 09)

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equal with a acknowledged Bachelor’s Degree
(NQF Level 7) with Research Methodology subject. Minimum of three years
(3) journey and in coverage research, with specific reference to conditions
of service. The profitable candidate have to have a legitimate driver’s license and be
willing to journey regionally and overseas with as directed by using the Commission. Special
requirements (Skills needed): Ability to observe sound lookup methodology
and mission administration concepts in coverage improvement is a prerequisite.
Sound perception and capability to interpret applicable Acts, Regulations,
Policies, Frameworks and Guidelines pertaining to prerequisites of service, policy
development, monitoring and evaluation. Execute lookup programmes.
Conceptual wondering and trouble solving, Report writing (Written and verbal
communication). Computer abilities (MS Excel, MS Word and Internet),
Negotiation skills, Networking, Good interpersonal relationship capabilities and
Project Management.
DUTIES : The profitable candidate will be Reporting to the Deputy Director Operational
Support and accountable to function the following core functions: Develop
terms of reference for prerequisites of provider lookup projects, as directed by
the Commission. Conduct lookup and evaluation on mandated prerequisites of
service projects. Conduct thorough benchmarking and validation in developing
research outputs. Ensure superb engagement with all applicable stakeholders
in the improvement of lookup products. Conduct non-stop monitoring,
evaluation, review, and benchmarking of South African National Defence
Force stipulations of carrier and increase suggestions in this regard. Draft
professional reviews on all prerequisites of provider lookup outputs.
