REQUIREMENTS : An ABET certificates or applicable qualification. Cleaning journey in the
laboratory will serve as an delivered advantage. Basic information of cleaning
principles. Basic know-how of chemical use e.g., dilution/mixing.
Understanding of cleansing gear used. Knowledge of fitness and safety
requirements. Knowledge of document keeping. Basic perception and
applying of laboratory security rules. Basic grasp of making use of or using
chemicals correctly. Good conversation and interpersonal relations.
DUTIES : Clean laboratory and equipment. Remove all laboratory waste according to
procedures. Clean glass and plastic ware in accordance to procedures. Remove
and join fuel cylinders. Complete applicable varieties to make certain traceability of
laboratory activities. Stock taking of cleansing materials. Requesting cleaning
materials as and when needed. Clean storerooms, kitchen, offices, corridors,
and boardrooms any different surroundings allotted for cleaning. Emptying
waste bins. Prepare boardrooms for meetings. Arrange crockery, utensils and
cutlery required at some stage in meetings. Wash and preserve inventory of crockery, utensils,
and cutlery. Fill and top off consuming water containers. Clean relaxation rooms. Refill
hand wash liquid and loo papers. Report damaged machines and equipment.
