REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate or Equivalent. 3-5 years’ work journey in financial
administrative factor inside public Service (Accounts payable & revenue).
Computer literacy: MS Office and Excel applications. Recommendations:
Degree/Diploma in Finance/Financial Management/Financial Accounting /
Cost and Management Accounting/Accounting Science. Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Practical understanding of
Finance Component. Good planning, organizing, hassle fixing and team
building skills. Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power factor and MS
outlook. Knowledge of Revenue Management Policies. Good verbal and
written communication, numerical skills.
DUTIES : Ensure effective, environment friendly and cost-effective utilization of sources allotted to
Revenue administration. Conduct, check out and perceive hazard diagram for the
Revenue Department. Proper administration of MVA affected person files. Compilation
and submission of month-to-month statistics. Develop, Implement and monitor
Standard Operating Procedures and insurance policies for expanded Service delivery.
Maintain filling machine for all statutory accounts. Monitor series of Revenue
from patients. Maintain system concerning face price books and test all
receipts work. Maintain manipulate and reconcile petty money for the Institution.
Maintain superb and environment friendly utilization of staff. Authorize payments,
journals, receipts and debts. Present income returns to Cash Flow Committee
meeting, and month-to-month submission to Head Office. Reconciliation of parking,
boarding and lodging.
