SALARY : R294 321 – R343 815 per annum (Level 07).

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12/Senior certificate. Bachelor’s diploma or National diploma in Human
Resource Management/Public Management. Minimum of 3-5years’
experience in Human Resource Management (Practices). NB: Certificate of
service from preceding employers, verification of employment from current
employer, which ought to be encouraged and signed by means of Human Resource
Management, will solely be requested for submission from shortlisted
candidates. Knowledge, Skills, Training and Competencies Required:
Knowledge of legislative framework governing the Public Service Act, Public
Service Regulations, Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of
Employment Act. Knowledge of human useful resource administration legislations and
prescripts. Broad know-how of the PERSAL System. Ability to preserve a high
level of confidentiality. Good conversation skills. Computer Literacy.

DUTIES : To supply superb and environment friendly recruitment and decision carrier to the
institution in accordance with laid down insurance policies and methods i.e.
Responsible for the advertising and marketing of vacant posts in the Institution, Co-ordinate
the recruitment and resolution processes. Conduct all verification techniques ie
verification of qualification, protection exams and reference checks. Check and
approve PERSAL transactions in accordance to delegations. Assist in the
compilation of Human Resource Reports and different HR activities. Assist with
the National Core Standards audits (Ideal Hospital). Provide in-service training
in the organization and clinics.
