ROLE PURPOSE
The main purpose of this role is to assess, transfer and development of technical skills in operations to ensure sustainable high quality of workmanship and skills.

MAIN OUTPUTS
  • Manage the operational training and development of personnel
  • D Assess employees’ needs for training
  • Align training with the organization’s goals, region and sector.
  • Create and manage training budgets
  • Develop and implement training programs and administer specialised need related to healthcare
  • Review and select training materials from a variety of vendors
  • Update training programs to ensure that they are relevant
  • Facilitate training methods and skills to instructors and supervisor
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors
  • Facilitate the Regional and National Transformation forum
  • Manage direct expenses and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the area
  • Manage the submission of WSP ATR report

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The Applicant must meet the following requirements:
  • Formal Qualification) in HR Management
  • Facilitator/Assessor Certificate
  • Matric (Senior Certificate)
  • Valid SA Drivers’ License
  • 5 years Knowledge and experience in the Cleaning/Hygiene industry
  • Basic knowledge of HR related issues and procedures
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level),
  • Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems

Laundry AttendantJob Summary

Responsible for washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing laundry items while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Ensures proper care of fabrics and efficient operation of laundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Sort laundry according to color, fabric type, and washing requirements Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment Wash, dry, press, and fold clothes, linens, and uniforms Inspect items for stains or damage and treat stains appropriately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area Monitor and control use of detergents and cleaning chemicals Report damaged, lost, or missing items Ensure timely processing and delivery of laundry items Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

Education: Minimum of Grade 10 / High School (preferred)
Experience: Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is an advantage
Knowledge: Basic understanding of fabric care and cleaning methods
