REQUIREMENTS : Applicants ought to be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate. No experience
required. Knowledge of registry duties, practices as properly as the potential to
capture data, and function computer. Working know-how and understanding
of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of
storage and retrieval tactics in phrases of the working environment.
Understanding of the work in registry. Planning and organisation. Computer
literacy. Good verbal and written conversation skills. Interpersonal relations.
Flexibility. Teamwork.
DUTIES : Implement human useful resource administration practices. Recruitment and
Selection (Advertisements, Appointments, Transfer, Verification of
qualifications, Secretariat features at interviews, Absorptions, Probationary
periods e.g.). Implement stipulations of offerings (Leave, Housing, Medical,
Injury. on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Relocation, Pension,
Allowances, PILIR or etc.). Performance Management. Termination of service
(indicate the steps). Address human useful resource administration enquiries.
Respond to enquiries from inner and exterior clients.
