REQUIREMENTS : An terrific Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Management or
Public Management. A minimal of three 3-5 years managerial journey in
Human Resource Management. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
required: Broad expertise and grasp of Human Resource
Management In-depth know-how of applicable acts, policies, and policies in
Human Resource Management. Sound information of PERSAL and financial
management. Sound decision, planning and management skills. Good
communication abilities (verbal and written). Computer literacy in word

DUTIES : Manage all Human Resource aspects i.e. HR Practices, HR Planning and
development, Staff Relations and Employee Wellness. Advise Managers on
all elements of Human Resource Management. Participate in the recruitment
and resolution of body of workers in exclusive fields inside the institution. Maintain adequate
availability and environment friendly utilisation of group of workers Plan, display and manipulate the use of
budget and gear allotted to the Human Resource Component.
Participate in the strategic and different planning tactics inside the institution
Develop Human Resource Policies that are in line with HR techniques of the
department and make certain that they are implemented. Manage day–to–day
functioning of the Human Resource Management factor to make certain that
high best human useful resource administration offerings are provided. Implement
National Core Standards. Manage existence of the Employment Equity
Committee and the improvement of Employment Equity Plan of the institution.
Participate in the improvement of the Workplace Skills Plan for the institution
and make certain the existence of the institutional Human Resource Development
Committee. Manage implementation, monitoring and comparison of employee
performance administration and improvement system. Ensure institution of
fully purposeful worker fitness and wellbeing programmes. Manage the
clearing of suspense accounts. Oversee the nice and efficient
implementation of Performance and Development System. Identify training
needs and make sure the implementation of appropriate coaching programmes.
Maintain self-discipline and make certain sound Labour Relations inside the group in
terms or laid down insurance policies and procedures. Ensure the excessive dangers areas in
human Resource Practices are efficaciously and efficaciously managed guided by
the departmental insurance policies and procedures. Ensure ample availability and
efficient utilization and retention of staff. Provide professional recommendation to management
in all elements of human Resource Management.
