REQUIREMENTS : Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Management / Public
Management / Public Administration/ Industrial/ labour relations. Experience:
A minimal of 5 (5) years applicable ride in Human Resource Practices
of which three years must be on supervisory stage (Level 7). A letter of

of PILIR Framework, Knowledge of OSD Framework and different Legislative
Prescripts that govern Human Resource Management. Extensive knowledge
and journey of the PERSAL machine and Human Resource Administration
processes. Good writing and conversation skills. Must have leadership,
planning, organizing, and hassle fixing and warfare administration skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to work in a excessive extent and highly
pressurized environment. Driver’s license and pc literacy (MS Word,
MS Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint) is essential.

DUTIES : Manages the day to day functioning of HR Practices area in the Hospital in
order to make sure that the excessive high-quality of offerings is being provided. Ensure the
effective, environment friendly and reasonable administration of allotted sources of the
section. Provide training, recommendation and education to staff. Provide strategic and
operational assist to workforce and line managers. Manage EPMDS inside the
component. Manage achievable dangers and mitigation strategies. Compile and
submit reviews or any different HR associated submissions. Manage audit queries.
Assess and reveal workload, administrative and aid systems, and
internal reporting relationships; pick out possibilities for improvement;
recommend changes; take part in directing and imposing approved
